Food Babies (you know, that “baby” bump you get in your tummy after scarfing down enough food for a week?) is a journey about two best friends, separated by 1,800 miles, joining together to work towards better health and a better life-style. We both have very different goals. And we’re hoping that you will be able to relate to at least one of us! Stay tuned for weight loss tips, exercises that do work, and toning workouts. We will also post our results weekly, videos of online workouts that work for us (for those who don’t want to leave the house to go to the gym), and healthy habits! We don’t believe in diets. We believe in a changing of life-style.

So many of us are inspired by models and pictures of celebrities, when really that’s not even how they look. They are edited until you could barely recognize them in real life, and people make every ounce of fat on their bodies seem to just disappear in some photos. So please, stop comparing yourself to models and pictures of celebrities or edited pictures of ANYONE and love who you are, because what you see isn’t always what you get. I have to reblog this.
