Food Babies (you know, that “baby” bump you get in your tummy after scarfing down enough food for a week?) is a journey about two best friends, separated by 1,800 miles, joining together to work towards better health and a better life-style. We both have very different goals. And we’re hoping that you will be able to relate to at least one of us! Stay tuned for weight loss tips, exercises that do work, and toning workouts. We will also post our results weekly, videos of online workouts that work for us (for those who don’t want to leave the house to go to the gym), and healthy habits! We don’t believe in diets. We believe in a changing of life-style.

    society is beyond disturbing. every single damn day we see advertisements and the media tell us we need to be a size zero to be beautiful, we need to look a certain way, act a certain way, to be “popular”. the media lets us believe that photo-shopped models are reality. they are NOT. you are reality, and you are BEAUTIFUL in all of your uniqueness. don’t let society determine beauty.
