Food Babies (you know, that “baby” bump you get in your tummy after scarfing down enough food for a week?) is a journey about two best friends, separated by 1,800 miles, joining together to work towards better health and a better life-style. We both have very different goals. And we’re hoping that you will be able to relate to at least one of us! Stay tuned for weight loss tips, exercises that do work, and toning workouts. We will also post our results weekly, videos of online workouts that work for us (for those who don’t want to leave the house to go to the gym), and healthy habits! We don’t believe in diets. We believe in a changing of life-style.

    My worst would have to be when I watched my ex-bf (wasn’t an ex at the time) flirt the ENTIRE time with another girl (who is now one of my bestfriend) right in front of me. Talk about a stab to the heart. I couldn’t focus on exercise. I think Sara was at the gym with me that day.

    My worst gym experience would be when a man (around 50 years old) kept following me around the gym trying to talk to me, and asked for my phone number. UHHH whattttt? haha! I was 18 at the time. DISGUSTING. No thank you :)
