Food Babies (you know, that “baby” bump you get in your tummy after scarfing down enough food for a week?) is a journey about two best friends, separated by 1,800 miles, joining together to work towards better health and a better life-style. We both have very different goals. And we’re hoping that you will be able to relate to at least one of us! Stay tuned for weight loss tips, exercises that do work, and toning workouts. We will also post our results weekly, videos of online workouts that work for us (for those who don’t want to leave the house to go to the gym), and healthy habits! We don’t believe in diets. We believe in a changing of life-style.

So if you are struggling to lose weight, or just want to tone and shape up, follow us and join us together on this journey! Don’t be afraid to ask us questions or submit posts of things you would like us to try or things that just worked for you! Feel free to introduce yourselves to us, open up, and talk to us about anything. We want to get to know you. We are here for YOU to show you that yes you can do it! hco1016 asked: Hey I saw ur post about PCOS. Has ur doctor ever talked to you about endometriosis? They usually go hand in hand. I had both, had surgery, and now my fertility is saved even if I dont have a period still. I know its far, but I traveled to see a dr in Wisconsin. He is known as the worlds best in reproductive issues and doesnt try to push meds, but instead finds and solves the problem! No my OBGYN and my ENDO never talked to me about it. I know it typically goes together. :/ That’s why I’m going to a natural doctor so they can figure things out for me. Not for a paycheck. And well I dont have money to go there right now hahah. But I’ll definitely keep that in mind, and will go when we decide to have kids. And yay for your saved fertility! (:  Laura
